Working bee held on the 9th May was Awesome, some members even started the day before!
The working bee on Saturday 9th May was a huge success. Some members were so enthusiastic, they started the day before!
Looking in the attendance register when I arrived at the advertised time of 9 am, I noted that some people arrived at 6 am. Gee – it makes me proud to be part of such an active group.
Everyone pitched in – from cleaning, mowing, digging, supervising, clearing garbage away and putting their 5 cents in. Being fed with freshly cooked sausages and a cold drink made it a very social event.
Now we have the field looking fantastic, please make sure you take your garbage with you.
Also all the barbeque gear has been placed in a plastic tub so it is kept in a hygienic manner. If you use the equipment, please clean and return to the closed container.
